How to Adjust Espresso Volume?

To adjust the volume of your espresso, follow these steps: a. Ensure that the espresso machine is started and preheated (the light should not be flashing). b. Press and hold the 1 or 2 Cup button you want to adjust for 3-5 seconds. c. Once it has reached your desired volume, press the 1 or 2 Cup button again, and the machine will remember this volume. To reset to default volume, turn off the machine without unplugging it, then press and hold the 1 Cup and Steam buttons for 3-5 seconds.

How to Use the Steam Function?

Using the steam function is easy if you follow these steps: a. Press the Steam button to enter steam mode, then turn the knob to ON for 3 seconds to release cooled water droplets from the wand, and then turn it to OFF. b. Press the steam button again, place whole milk under the steam wand, then turn the knob to ON. c. Once the desired temperature or milk foam is reached, turn the knob to OFF. d. Use a wet cloth to wipe the steam wand and push it back, then turn it to ON for 3 seconds to release any remaining milk from the wand.

Why does the indicator light keep flashing when I press the ON button?

The flashing indicates that the machine is preheating, which will take 20-30 seconds. If it times out, please check that the water tank is properly installed, has water in it, and ensure that the side knob is OFF. If the issue persists, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Why is there some water inside the steam wand when I just received the machine?

Why doesn't the machine make coffee after I use the steam function and the two buttons keep blinking?

Using the steam function may trigger the machine's overheat protection program, and the machine will need to be allowed to cool down. To cool down quickly, turn the knob to ON in hot water mode, release hot water for about 20 seconds, then turn it off.
